VCG Recordz ("we") is an independent music label based in Valleiry. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us through this website. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional) and message content. No sensitive data. No advertising tracker or third-party analytics service.
4. Purpose & legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your requests (collaborations, distribution, booking, licensing, questions). Legal basis: your explicit consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the form.
5. Retention period
Form data is kept for a maximum of three (3) years after the last interaction with you. After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Subprocessors
Form submissions are processed via Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), a GDPR-compliant subprocessor using Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
